Privacy Policy
At Gadd, Tibble & Associates, Inc. trust is the cornerstone of our practice. As a result we work diligently to safeguard our client's privacy. The information that clients provide, our services provided and the reports produced are held in strictest confidence.
Our fiduciary responsibilities to our clients are clearly established in federal law, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as well as in the Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute.
We are bound to protect the confidential nature of our client relationships. We must act in good faith with regard to the legitimate interests of our clients in the use of confidential information and in the communication of the assignment results.
Gadd, Tibble & Associates, Inc. must be aware of and comply with all confidentially and privacy laws and regulations applicable to each and every assignment.
We must not disclose confidential information or assignment results prepared for our clients to anyone other than the client and persons specifically authorized by the client; State enforcement agencies and such third parties as may be authorized by due process of law; and a duly authorized professional peer review committee except when such disclosure to a committee would violate applicable law or regulation. It is unethical for a member of a duly authorized professional peer review committee to disclose confidential information presented to the committee.

They may not be used or reproduced without the written permission of the principals of Gadd, Tibble & Associates, Inc.
Neither all nor any part of the contents of our reports or any copy thereof may be used for any purpose other than that stated within the reports by anyone but the client without the previous written consent of the signatories and the client. Nor may our reports either in total or in part be conveyed by any person, including the client, to the public through advertising, public relations, news, sales or other media without the written consent and approval of Gadd, Tibble & Associates, Inc. This is particularly applicable to the value conclusions and any communicated opinions and conclusions; the identity of the appraisers or the firm; or any reference to any professional society, institute or any designations conferred on the appraisers as stated in their qualifications.
The possession of our reports or copies thereof does not carry with it the right of reproduction or publication either in their entirety or portions thereof, without the previous written consent of the firm. The use and distribution of our reports are governed by the by-laws and regulations of the Appraisal Institute and the Appraisal Foundation.
