Position:
Chairman of the Board, Vice-President and Secretary, Gadd, Tibble & Associates, Inc., functioning as a real estate appraiser, counselor and analyst.
Experience
Since 1952, Mr. Gadd has actively engaged in real estate analysis, valuation, counseling and appraising. In addition to the valuation and appraisal of real estate, he has also completed numerous business valuations and machinery and equipment appraisals.
The scope of Mr. Gadd's appraisal experience covers all phases of valuation and counseling. Valuation studies he has completed include industrial complexes, manufacturing plants, processing plants, steel mills, paper mills, airports, quarries, grain elevators, regional shopping centers, department stores, retail establishments, office buildings, hotels and motels, apartment houses, golf courses and vacant land throughout the United States and in many foreign countries. These valuations have been used in connection with ad valorem tax appeals, feasibility studies, mortgage financing, mergers and acquisitions, asset allocations, component depreciation studies, insurance matters, condemnation proceedings, casualty loss determinations, and site location studies.
Clients served include many federal, state and local governmental agencies; park and school districts; banks and savings & loan associations; insurance companies; major corporations; courts of law; attorneys; and individuals. Mr. Gadd has testified extensively as a real estate expert before various courts and tax boards throughout the country.

Education
Mr. Gadd attended DePaul University and Loyola University. He majored in Marketing and minored in Real Estate.
Mr. Gadd also has extensive, specialized, professional education and training in the valuation field including a comprehensive series of courses sponsored by the Appraisal Institute; plus attendance at a number of individual courses, conferences, seminars and educational meetings on a continuing basis.
